Danielle heads BluJuniper’s Operations team to include leadership and oversight of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Accounting, Facilities, Security, and Administration.  Danielle brings over 20 years of People and Operations leadership experience to BluJuniper.  She has held executive level roles leading People, Talent, and Operations functions for small to mid-sized Government Contractors.  She previously led the college Talent Acquisition function for the Washington DC Metro area within Lockheed Martin.  She has proven experience bringing operational success to small and mid-sized Government Contractors through strategy review, growth, and realignment.  She has extensive experience building and growing teams for success and setting KPIs at the organizational, divisional, and individual level.  

Prior to joining BluJuniper, Danielle worked with CEO, Gazelle, at her former company, Paragon Technology Group, for 7 years as the Director of Human Resources.  Danielle holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification from the HR Certification Institute and is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Family Child Development-Human Services and of The American University with a master’s degree in Nutrition Education.  She has a passion for growing businesses and people to be their very best and believes in bringing wellness and empathy to her business approach.
