Washington DC, February 7th, 2024 – Alan Balutis, Executive Director of The CIO Collective, joins BluJuniper Board of Advisory.  Mr. Balutis recently stepped down as Distinguished Fellow and Managing Partner with Cisco Systems Public Sector Strategy and Consulting Group. He has served more than 30 years in public service and industry leadership roles. He was a founding member of the Federal CIO Council, where he served in several leadership positions. At the Department of Commerce, he headed their Office of Management, Budget and Planning and served as the first CIO of a cabinet-level agency. He finished his government career as the Director of the Advanced Technology Program (ATP) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
