Ross Guckert Joins BluJuniper Advisory Board

Washington DC, March 12th, 2024 – Ross Guckert, former Program Executive Officer at Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), joins BluJuniper Board of Advisory. As the Program Executive Officer, Mr. Guckert was responsible for managing more than 37 program offices and 71 acquisition programs across the Army and Department of Defense communications, logistics, medical, finance, personnel, training and procurement systems for all 10 combatant commands, managing a budget of approximately $4.3 billion each year and a workforce of 3000+. He has over 34 years of government experience in acquisition and systems engineering.  

Some of his additional previous assignments include serving as Deputy Program Executive Officer for PEO Soldier at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, Deputy Program Executive Officer at PEO Combat Support and Combat Service Support in Warren, Michigan, Acting Deputy Program Executive Officer at PEO Aviation in Huntsville, Alabama, and Assistant Deputy for Acquisition and Systems Management with the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA[ALT]) at the Pentagon.
