We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Program Manager with extensive industry experience across both private and public sectors. This role is pivotal in aiding our clients in the DC Metro Area with technical and business projects, management consulting, IT governance, and strategic management. As part of BluJuniper, a rapidly growing startup, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of mission-critical IT projects, contributing to our expansion in the Washington DC market and beyond.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ERP Systems Analyst for client facing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and optimization of client enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to support complex business processes and strategic initiatives as well as gap assessments and alternatives solutioning. This position plays a key role in enhancing system functionalities, integrating new technologies, and providing expert-level support and guidance for client ERP operations in the private and public sector, and the successful candidate will work closely with the customer to develop strategies for desired outcomes and assist the client in the successful implementation of these strategies.

Responsibilities

• Advanced System Analysis and Optimization: Work closely with client senior managers to perform in-depth gap assessments and analysis of existing ERP systems to identify gaps between desired states for ERP systems integration and performance and current state, drawing on knowledge of the ERP marketplace, architectures, and industry best practices.
• Advanced Architecture & Design: Design and implement advanced systems configurations and enhancements to meet complex business needs to identify, analyze, and solve a variety of IT related business and systems integration problems involving finance, accounting and operations planning business units in medium and large enterprises in both the private and public sector.
• Advanced Process Modeling: Analyze problems, requirements, and procedures to design improved automation strategies and improve existing business systems and models business & system processes using BPMN or related methodologies for business process analysis; facilitate requirements and process transformation project sessions.
• Project Leadership: Lead major ERP projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations. Oversee project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives.
• Strategic Consulting: Act as a senior consultant to business leaders, providing strategic advice on leveraging ERP capabilities to drive business innovation and efficiency in continuous alignment with corporate strategy. 
• Change & Configuration Management: Address complex system issues and user challenges, providing robust solutions that stabilize ERP performance and functionality, and address risk, feasibility and cost estimation of change requests in a quality managed environment.
• Advanced Reporting and Data Analysis: Develop complex reports and data analysis tools within the ERP system to support strategic decision-making.
• Training and Mentoring: Mentor junior analysts and support their development through knowledge sharing and guidance, and support training planning.
• Internal Capability Development: Participate in BluJuniper’s CMMI and ISO9000 certification and development of internal centers of excellence; participate in business development and proposal development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience as an ERP Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Expert knowledge of ERP systems architecture, functionalities, and business process integration. Specific experience with SAP, S4/HANA, Oracle, Workday or Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale ERP projects, with a proven track record of successful implementation and optimization.
• Proficient in BPMN v2 or comparable framework for business process analysis and modeling
• Proficient in Data Analytics discipline and experience with data lake management and BI reporting tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio or related process diagramming and modeling tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in producing quality deliverables with sophisticated graphs, visuals and content. 
• Comfortable and capable supporting multiple projects simultaneously and brief C-Suite executives effectively.
• Experience with one or more of the following areas and industries: manufacturing/supply chain/inventory, public sector, private sector, finance, contracts management and cybersecurity.
