We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Program Manager with extensive industry experience across both private and public sectors. This role is pivotal in aiding our clients in the DC Metro Area with technical and business projects, management consulting, IT governance, and strategic management. As part of BluJuniper, a rapidly growing startup, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of mission-critical IT projects, contributing to our expansion in the Washington DC market and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, ensuring the successful delivery of programs and projects to drive business growth.
- Oversee customer engagements across public and private sector such as management consulting, Data Analytics, System Improvements, custom software improvement, and ERP/CRM projects.
- Provide hands-on input to some of the key deliverables, from strategic plans to technical design and implementation plans.
- Lead and inspire technical teams for enterprise-wide implementation in public or private sector such as project manager(s), technical engineers, and analysts to consistently deliver exceptional value to customers.
- Engage in high-level requirements gathering and process analysis with executives and technical managers to enhance organizational capability and maturity.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of key IT disciplines at customer sites in Governance, Enterprise Portfolio Management, PMOs, Data Analytics, ERP, and other IT related projects.
- Contribute to enhancement of our proprietary developed frameworks such as Beacon EPM, North*Star PEC, and Compass AI Governance Frameworks.
- Contribute to the growth of BluJuniper through internal process and management support, as well as business development by participating in technical and business proposal support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated success in winning and leading multimillion-dollar IT contracts.
- Experience in implementing IT best practices within frameworks such as SAFe, COBIT, PMBOK, CMMI, ISO, ITIL, FEAF, DODAF, and/or TOGAF.
- Proven ability to manage mission-critical IT systems implementation and operations, specifically large CRM and ERP implementations.
- Proven track record in managing multiple teams of engineers and business analysts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency for presenting to executives and stakeholders.
- Strong data analytics skills are essential.
- Experience with AI systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and deliver outstanding results.
- Must possess a collaborative mindset and be eager to contribute to a supportive, high-energy team.
